What's new in AlphaDrama
AlphaDrama is a web app, so updates reach everyone at once and there is nothing to install. This page lists each notable change with the day it was released, newest first.
The latest change is from November 4, 2026: films page: sample films and ads.
Example: Plan a 60-second episode on the canvas: a locked-room mystery with two leads, a hook in the first two seconds and a cliffhanger ending.
November 4, 2026: Films page: sample films and ads
The new Films page collects sample short dramas and product ads. Each film has its own page that describes what happens on screen, so you can see what the output looks like before you start.

November 3, 2026: Choose the video model for a shot
You can now pick which video model renders a shot. For models that lock the voice to the picture, AlphaDrama records the voice first and then renders the video, so speech and mouth movement match.
November 1, 2026: Character casting sheets
Characters are now cast as three-view sheets, so the front, side and back of a person are fixed before any shot is rendered. This helps the same character look the same when the camera angle changes.

October 31, 2026: AI video canvas
Plan a video on a freeform board. Connect text, image and video nodes, and each node passes its result to the next one, so you can shape an idea shot by shot before you render.
